Join us for our signature guided meditation and yoga workshop in Harlem, NYC! In this wellness workshop we will discuss benefits of collective meditation and healing, as well as go over different herbs and tools to assist your personal meditation practice. This workshop includes a guided group meditation and a grounding yoga routine.

Smoke + Stretch was created in 2016 as a holistic healing alternative to expensive spas, gyms, and services for BIWOC. This Smoke + Stretch is open to womxn/ femmes.
